Terms of Service

Effective 13 October 2026

The Mid Click is a macOS application sold by Almir Davletov ("I", "me"). By downloading or buying it you agree to these terms.

The product

The Mid Click turns a three- or four-finger trackpad tap or click into a middle mouse click on macOS 26 or later. It is delivered as a notarized download from this website. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record, handles payment and sales tax, and issues the license key that unlocks the app.

Refunds

If The Mid Click doesn't work for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, refunds are at my discretion but I'll always try to help first; most problems are a permission setting. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.

Support and updates

Support is by email at the address above. Updates are published on this website; the app does not update itself yet. There is no guarantee of specific future features or of compatibility with future macOS versions, though keeping the app working on current macOS is the whole point of it.

Privacy

The app collects no personal data. The only network request it makes is a license check to Lemon Squeezy. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, I'm not liable for any loss arising from its use, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under local law.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after that date means you accept the change.
